The CIMI Reference Model

HTML documentation, CIMI Basic Meta-Model (BMM) files, and supporting MagicDraw UML files . Note to commenters: A new Patient-Centric Care Team model has been submitted on behalf of the Learning Health System HL7 Working Group. We encourage commenters to review the model and the corresponding submission by the HL7 Learning Health System Working Group.

The CIMI Archetypes

The September 2018 For Comment ballot submission does not include CIMI archetypes. CIMI archetypes and corresponding FHIR profiles shall be submitted for HL7 ballot review during the January 2019 ballot cycle.

FHIR Implementation Guides

The September 2018 For Comment ballot submission includes three proof-of-concept implementation guides for Skin and Wound. A Mitre FHIR IG for the current CIMI model can be found here. This submission also includes an alternate CIMI representation proposed by Mitre called Mini-CIMI to stimulate further discussions and comments. It can be found here. This submission also includes a submission from the Federal Health Information Model (FHIM) Group. It can be found here. Please refer to the Readme File before getting started.
